A trilingual (the other two are English and Russian) course for kids
Another online course
High level audio course/detective story

There are some video courses found on this Youtube channel, but since they are intended for use on websites, they have no playlists. Note that they apparently are for kids living in Latvia. The sites are:
Based around Russian puppet show there are some more videos and audios, and a small dictionary on the site
A game show aimed at Russians (note that neither the hosts nor the participants are native speakers), this site also has some more material, but I've already linked other materials that appeared useful here (some of them are aimed more at the native speakers and there are two other video series -interviews for which you can download vocabulary used and videos about Latvian culture)
Tv series for grades 7 and up note that it is more like an advertisement for use of standard language also it is found on teacher's side of the site above, besides other videos (subtitled series for parents on language teaching and series for teaching about nature which has some vocabulary) and some exercises (linked below) it only has materials on such topics as teaching methods and designing lessons

Also this site ought to have downloadable books about and for minority education, but most links don't seem to work

Sol Invinctus, do you know of any Latvian dictionaries that show the pitch-accent for the Latvian words? I would love to have one, especially if it is online. Thank you very much. :)

3d from top in dictionary list here then 2nd there (or google LLVV).

It is marked only occasionaly (for homographs) in original, though, and digitalization probably has done it no favours.

There's also http:/www.zinatnesgramatas.lv/lv/izdotaas-graamatas-3644/page-5180:1/page-69014:4/open-products:28371, but it is not available online AFAIK

Also Mīlenbachs&Endzelīns dictionary marks them, but for the mortals only small part of it is available online (from afore mentioned list), since it is very old perhaps it can be found elsewhere, but I haven't had much luck

I found where it is available online:
A-I http://gramatas.lndb.lv/periodika2-view ... ssueType:B
Ie-O http://gramatas.lndb.lv/periodika2-view ... ssueType:B
P-S http://gramatas.lndb.lv/periodika2-view ... ssueType:B
Š-Ž http://gramatas.lndb.lv/periodika2-view ... ssueType:B

Note that it is from 1920s - some things may have changed since (in particular it is full of words not commonly used)

Saziņas tilts - there's a curated dictionary for Latvian-English/Russian/German/French. Self-assessment tests, audio, video, texts to read, interviews, etc. It looks like it was developed using European funds in 2013 and judging by the number of views on their YouTube channel there was no marketing so no one knows about this site. Check it out. The design is also nice.

From 2010-2011 Cori Rozentāle was learning Latvian and wrote about it on her blog. Once she learned something, she explained it on the blog. It's a very well written blog.

Latvian.rocks is a new website about learning Latvian (by yours truly). You can check out some articles:
