I seems me I've understood the etymology ?
I have imagined Me asking receptionist in Warsaw luxury hotel "Gdzie jest wygódka ?" He could die from laughing.

Next questions:

1)
I have looked in "Coloquial Lat."

Again doubts on II pers. sing. present tense. IET
according to "PCV"(p.73): tu eji
according to "Coloquial": tu ej

Who is right ?

2)("PCV" p. 76)

- Lūdzu, divas pieaugušo biļetes, vienu bērna biļeti uz Saulkrastiem.

Acording to "PCV" pieaugušo" is genetiv from "pieaudzis"
What is precisely the "pieaugušo" ? It is plural definite genetiv?

1. Coloquial, PCV here is speaking the language of Dainas
2. Yes, it is (and people normally say bērnu biļete, not bērna, because it refers to type of the ticket, not the child it is meant for)

Mazmājiņa is not slang and it can refer to both an outside toilet and toilet in general. It's just that no one normally says it and it would be really amusing if a foreigner said it with a heavy accent at that.

iet is one of the three irregular verbs and the 2nd person singular form in the present tense of the indicative mood is ej.

pieaudzis is a participle and is declined like an adjective (pieaugušais (def.masc.nom.sg.), pieaugušā (def.masc.gen.sg.), pieaugušo (def.masc.gen.pl.)). Klik.

Try saying dārzzzzzzzzzzzzzzs instead of [dārs:] or mežžžžžžs instead of [meš:] :D

I have spend two days learning Dzelzs Ceļš pronunciation :)

From lithuanian point of view you are vovel-eaters: geležinis kelias , daržas, miškas ....:)

I'll just be happy if I can definitively break myself of the habit of trying to pronounce words like "ziema" and "cieniet" as they were Polish.

LLVV lists it as such, plus it would be hard to find it used in any formal context (like magazine article) referring to something other than outhouse

But more importantly - I just feel compelled to inform you that šaursliežu dzelzsceļš is considered a tongue twister :D
