Nedrīkst - ka nozīmē that - tu taču angliski tādā teikumā nelietotu that ?

Nee. Anglyu valodaa nelieto that taadaa teikumaa.
Saka "What do you want me to do?"; bez that.
Bet vaacu valodaa saka "Was willst du, dass ich mache?", un dass noziimee more or less that.

Tātad angļu valoda ir līdzīgāka latviešu valodai kā vācu valoda :roll: Laid means let, lai also can mean let, but it isn't the same word, you can't use lai in that sentence
