Distance learning course in Georgian

Dear all,

This autumn semester the Caucasus studies network of Malmo University will once again offer online courses in Beginning and Intermediate Georgian. I have followed Beginning Georgian and am right now studying Intermediate Georgian and can vouch for the quality of the course: it is excellent. Alongside Georgian a number of other distance courses are given, such as Chechen, the history and politics of the Caucasus etc. More information: http://www.mah.se/caucasusstudies/courses

The courses are *FREE*. It is possible you are asked to pay a small fee (about $30) to the student union but this is often waived for foreign students. I never had to pay it myself.
