When music isn't music...

Now, I love experimental music. But sometimes I have to wonder if it's actually music or just recorded sounds.

My friend swears it is and that it's a good song but it just doesn't have any listenability to it for me. There's no chords or notes or anything. No rhythm or flow. Nothing.
