Yeah, America spies on other countries. Every country spies on each other. The CIA does not give a fuck what Wang Shihou from Buttfuck, Yunnan is up to. What they want is useful information about national security, military spending, and classified technology - so basically anything that doesn't concern 99% of the population of these countrea and which they most likely know nothing about.
