Interpreter Translation Game

Postby hashi » 2011-06-20, 2:58

We like games, no? It's good to have a tonne to keep us conlangers busy :)

So here's another idea. Person A posts a sentence (translated into English too) in Language A. Person B translates the same sentence in Language B and adds another sentence of his/her choice in Language B. Person C takes that sentence and translates it into Language C and so on. An example:

A: Ik wil dên sprôk leren
I want to learn the language.

==

B: Adegu ušniya tas
I want to learn the language.

B: Pašui vromviyon.
I don't like mushrooms.

==

C: Ja no láķe mašrúmi
I don't like mushrooms.

etc etc..

==

I will start.

Ana adega modiu kaeriyaom ovar, đo adegu mael yemođka ušnišayon.
I should stop changing letters in my language, because I will never be able to learn it fluently.
