Some might already know this site, very popular among russian-speakers: Uztranslations.net.ru. It is updated quite often, so it's worth checking every other day for new materials. Here are some of the most interesting stuff:

Самоучитель азербайджанского языка. Курс обучения разговорному азербайджанскому языку by Худазаров, 2006, 356 p.

Azeri-English dictionary by Renato B. Figueiredo

A Dictionary of Arabic And Persian Loanwords In The Azerbaijanian Classical Literature

Came across this book in the library today. Thought it would be of interest to eskandar and others trying to learn the Iranian dialect(s) of Azerbaijani.

Actually not. I have read about this book and it seems to be awful. Apparently, it tries to prove the point that Azeri of Iranian Azerbaijan is completely different from the one spoken in the Republic of Azerbaijan to the point that they are not mutually intelligible. Also, it seems the book includes many bogus examples in Azerbaijani language only to further prove this hypothesis :rotfl:.

According to what i have read about the book, the author also tried to show how similar Azeri is to Persian. Sometimes the only difference between one language and the other is the verb.

Stil, I would like to read the book and judge it myself.

Thanks for thinking of us Remy :) I've heard similar criticisms of this book, but all the same I'd like to read it for myself, too. I'll have to borrow it via inter-library loan one of these days and have a look.
