Tibetan song I recorded years ago, looking for more info

I know next to nothing about it, I'm assuming it's Tibetan becuase I recorded it at a Tibetan university in Xining, Qinghai province in western China. If anyone has any more information I'd love to have some details.

Is there any chance it could just be in a local variety of Mandarin? Maybe it's me, but it sounds more like that to me than like Tibetan.
