Pronunciation

I have got a problem with a pronunciation of a few of diphtongs in Welsh, which aren't explained in any of my books.
- oy in moyn
- uw in duwch, buwch
I would like to know which vowel is more "consonantal". For example, I could say moyn as two-syllables [mo-yn] or one syllable (as if moen), either. What is the proper way?

oy is pronounced as "oi" - one sound (moyn stems from mofyn - to fetch, to get)

uw is pronounced as one sound just like "uwd" (porridge) or "byw" (to live)

Diolch yn fawr!

Just I haven't found the explanation of the pronunciation of clusters of the vowels like that.

Omniglot says "uw" is like [ɪ̥uː], somewhat close to English "you". Nothing about "oy" however.
