Tá an t-am ag breith ar an nduine tar m'éis.

Is maith leis an duine i mo dhiaidh an geimhreadh.

I like sticking the ag in there with verbal nouns, don't I?
Fanann leis an duine im' dhiaidh an t-earrach.
(Is that where le goes for the meaning "wait for?" And should that be le or leis/léi(thi)?)
Tá an duine i mo dhiaidh ag fanacht leis an earrach.

"briste" isn't even one, it's a verbal adjective.
This is the wrong way round ("The spring waits for the person") and the word order looks wrong, too, but I'm correcting it anyway like this because there are two things I want to comment on that go away if I do the full correction: In this case, "leis" isn't "le + é", but before the article, "le" always becomes "leis". And you should use a hyphen if you add a t-prefix to a lower-case word.
Tá an duine i mo dhiaidh ag fanacht leis an earrach.
