Non.

I thought you were only going to do the 100 movies thing for Hindi? Or are you doing it for Japanese too?

Bonjour David! non, it is a review :P

I'm doing the 100 movies thing for both Hindi and Japanese.

Thinking of writing recaps of the Walking in Arabic, not sure if I want to post them here though. I've started using DLI for Arabic, I really wish they had a Hindi or Bengali one :( Yeah they are boring as hell but the drills are amazing.

Do you mean the online resources of the Defense Language Institute? They do have Hindi lessons, both in the Headstart section and in the GLOSS section.

My Japanese is going the best right now, and it feels like I have made the most progress in it. I've mostly been trying to memorize Kanji. Besides taking Japanese, I have been going to Japanese tutoring which is helping a lot. I just wish I had more natives to practice with.

Hindi- after a bit of a downfall I want to get back on track. I have been going through a lot of depressives episodes lately (For about a year now, I know this is way too much info for my TAC but it's being honest) and I haven't been able to get myself to study at all so I need to get on track. I have been so bad lately I haven't been able to watch any Bollywood or anime or really anything. I haven't even been listening to music which is really odd for me, but things are looking better now.

Arabic- I started working on the ذات possession construction and I'm just so confused by it.

I just got a new Bengali book for my birthday so I may put updates here :)

Aww.... I'm sorry to hear that; I've been going through quite a bit of depression myself over the past 2-2.5 months. I'm slowly coming out of it, but I'm also going to see my doctor about switching my medication. If yours has been going on for about a year, talk to your doctor. There might be some medication that can help a bit. Also, depending on how long the episodes last, you might actually be dealing with a form of bipolar disorder.

And don't feel bad about sharing this in your TAC, unless you have a personal rule to keep your TAC only about languages or something. I'm sure half of my TAC posts are about what's going on with me extemporaneously to my language studies! :D

Hello David, I have been thinking about that that I might have bipolar disorder but I'm not sure. I'm thinking of going on medicine.

C'est bon. Est-ce que tu as vue ton médecin ? Ou peut-être un psychiatre ?

Oui. I am seeing one now, she seems to think that I am just extremely over stressed. Je ne sais pas :P

[flag=]ar[/flag] So I finally finished Alkitaab Part 2. I can't believe it. It feels like a blur Those charts at the end were torture, I might post screenshots of them here, one of them had like 130 words on it, holy shit. Now I am working on a power-point in MS Arabic about ancient Mesopotamia.

[flag=]ja[/flag] So I joined the anime club at my school and I am loving it so much. We basically watch subbed anime and then talk about it afterwards which is awesome. We are trying to raise money to go to Otakon. I am trying to watch 100 movies/anime or dramas in Japanese. So far I have:

Yuri On Ice
Death Parade
Tanaka Kun is Always Listless
Boku no hero academia
Kamisama Kiss
Yowamushi pedal
Tiger and Bunny
Mob Psycho 100
One Punch Man
Usagai Drop
Hetalia

10/100

I had a quiz on present tense verbs plus the negative and tomorrow I have a test on directions/adjectives and the も particle and the days of the week. Some phrases I learned this week:

明日みんなでバーベキューをしませんか。

何もらないと思います

ええ、よく家で作ります。

何か手伝います。

This is some short sentences I wrote for class to practice the days of the week:
今週は忙しいでした。月曜日にアラビのクラスに行きました。火曜日に日本語のクラスに行きました。 金曜日に買い物をしました。水曜日にアニメのクラブに行きました。アニメをみました。

げつようび (月曜日)

That's cool. A friend and I are trying to create an anime/manga club on Meetup. I'm not sure how often we'll watch things in subs (which I would prefer even if I weren't learning Japanese), but we'll get the rest down. :P
