She said "oerhimd" is like a tank top, and a "boesgroentsje" is a dress shirt, but she didn't know a word for t-shirt. Do you know of one? Do you just use a Dutch or English word? She also pronounced "boesgroentsje" like "begroentsje" which I thought was weird, but maybe it's dialectal or she just misspoke.
I would use either "T-shirt" or "shirt" with a slightly frisianized pronunciation. I'm really bad at phonetics, I would guess it's something like /ʃœːt/, but I really cannot distinguish well between a lot of vowels. As far as I know "boesgroentsje" should be pronounced more or less as "begroentsje", I haven't heard it pronounced the way it's written.

Ik soe "T-shirt" of "shirt" brûke mei in ferfryske útspraak. Ik bin echt net goed yn fonetyk, mar ik soe sizze dat is ûngefear as /ʃœːt/ útsprutsen wurdt, mar ik kin it ûnderskied echt net sa goed meitsje tusken bepaalde lûden. Safier't ik wit wurdt "boesgroentsje" min of mear as "begroentsje" útsprutsen, ik haw it noch noait útsprutsen wurden heard op de manier dat it skreaun is.

OK, that's what I figured you'd use for shirt. That's weird that "boesgroentsje" is pronounced differently, but it's easier to pronounce that way, so I guess it's OK. :P

Ugh, I feel terrible for not having been learning any Frisian for awhile. :( I can't keep track of time anymore, and find it hard to do a lot of things. It's hard to just keep my thoughts straight. Often I'm so scatterbrained that I can't even remember what I want to do or have to do. It's been a month and a half since I posted anything here, and about as much since I did any studying of Frisian, but it feels like barely any time has passed. I hope to get back to Frisian.

Yn ús Fryske fermiddens eartiid (doe't ik noch Frysk studint wie) seine wy altyd fan "mouhimd" foar "t-shirt". Dit is in moai geef alternatyf tinkt my. Ik wit net hoefolle minsken dat no noch begripe soene... It stribjen nei gever Frysk is net sa libben mear. As ik nei de omrop harkje griist it my oer de grauwe...

Dat is yndie in moai geef alternatyf. Ik haw it wurd noch nea earder heard, mar ik soe it wol begripe, gewoan in himd mei mouwen, wat dan delkomt op in T-shirt.
