This is the motto we're using for a new promotion at work. It will appear on posters throughout the library so "this" will refer to the building the person reading it is in at the time. It's aimed at university undergraduates, so "you" would be the mode of address most commonly used with them (informal singular in most of the languages I know).

In the German version, I'd consider capitalising "Deine", so it's informal, but still shows some respect. But you don't have to change it if you don't want to, lower case "deine" isn't incorrect either.

Elevating the register a bit for Greek, considering the occasion. Grammatically it's correct already, but it's a bit informal. The "voila" particle, either Να, or Ιδού can be left out, it's strange to see it on a sign.

I see the sentence has been translated with an expression akin to "here's" rather than "this is" in some languages. I don't know about other languages but in Italian there's quite a relevant difference between the two.

Ecco la tua biblioteca - someone or something is introducing you to the library.

Questa è la tua biblioteca - the emphasis is on tua, that's to say you want to make sure that everybody feels like at home (or at least a friendly place) in the library.

EDIT: actually depending on how you read it, the emphasis could also be on questa, implying that other libraries aren't really your library like this one is.

EDIT2: personally I'm more and more convinced that the best-sounding option for a motto would be just la tua biblioteca but I also realize that it may look off if it's going to appear near other Romance languages which include the "this is" part.

Yeah, I'm so good at complicating things.

Maybe that's why it feels strange. In Greek that would be Η δική σου βιβλιοθήκη.

I went with "Hier ist..." in German because "Das hier ist..." seemed to implicitly contrast this library with some other library which is not yours. (As you say, questa can have the same connotation in Italian depending on the emphasis.) Similarly with Welsh.
