The Irish equivalent is:

Tá mo cheathrúna do mo mharú.

Sounds like: "Taw moh kaer-oo-nuh doh moh wah-roo (or vah-roo)".
It means literally something like "My legs to me they are killing."

If you need instructions on how to add a translation to an existing post and mark it with a flag, we'll gladly help.

The preferred system for transcribing pronunciation in this forum is IPA. If you need some help figuring out how to apply this to Irish, there's lots of useful information available on this page.

I assume you're going for a Lárchanúint pronunciation or perhaps Connacht? Regardless of variety, particles like mo and do are always unstressed (i.e. "muh" and "duh" in your improvised respelling). In Munster, the combination do mo further reduces to am [əmˠ]. The whole sentence would be:

[ˈt̪ˠɑːmˠəçaɾˠˈhuːn̪ˠəmˠvˠaˈɾˠuː]

The main difference between this and what you'd hear further north is stress. For Donegal, it's both stress and vowel length/quality.

While formally correct (except "mordsweh" would be lower case), few would say it like that. Usually, it'd be "Meine Schenkel tun (mir) sauweh", or even better--close to the English version--"Meine Schenkel bringen mich um". "Schenkel" is also rarely used without culinary context, most would just say "Meine Beine". "Meine Beine bringen mich um" sounds much more natural.

(sorry, I usually hate correcting others, even more since I'm new here, but in my understanding this is why we're all here)

Regional differernces, I would assume. "mordsweh" or "sauweh" are both okay for me, but I don't think I would ever say "bringen mich um". In fact, I would probably have suspected an anglicism there and corrected it.

Don't worry, most people are happy to be corrected. Well, except for native speakers, they don't like it usually. ;)

I wondered as much. "Die Schenkel tun mir mordsweh" sounds a bit like something a Bavarian would say to me. Over here, nobody would say that, but "Meine Beine bringen mich um" is common.

So forget what I said, guess I was only really speaking for my region.
