Lexical similarity and cognates in Semitic languages?

Postby semiticlearner » 2017-07-11, 2:13

Does anyone know of any works done on any two Semitic languages studying the lexical similarity or % of cognates off a given list. I've only come across one so far, but not many out there... :hmm:

I did see a small list once but I can't remember where or when :( I think it was for Hebrew, Arabic (various dialects) and Aramaic (various dialects). Sorry to not be of more assistance - but at least now you know it exists, right? :P
