Any alternatives to HelloTalk?

Postby asdru » 2015-12-17, 18:49

Hello everyone. Lurker here. I'm asking if anyone here knows a good alternative to HelloTalk. I think this is a great app for Android, however, the free version only offers one language and I have used it with English and I can't set it to French. Due to living in Venezuela and having a tight exchange control regime, I cannot pay the 9 dollars (If I remember correctly) that a yearly subscription currently costs. I know, and I have used, Skype but due to connection troubles I cannot use it anymore.I have thought about using telegram and/or WhatsApp but I haven't seen so far any groups or people offering language exchange through these ways.

Anyway, What do you guys recommend in this situation?
Thanks in advance
